Train ride!

Hunter loves trains. Every time we pass one he yells out "See srain?" Srain obviously being train!

Yesterday I took Hunter and Levi on a train to Melbourne to meet a lady from EB Cheeks (Angela) and her gorgeous son Adam. Gosh he's tiny- especially compared to my monster Levi!! It was so nice to get out of the house and sit in the sun and enjoy talking to an adult! Hunter had an absolute ball at the playground and Levi was enjoying eating all the bark and sand.

I don't know that I will attempt the trains again with a pram on Sunday. Plus waiting for an hour cos I just missed the train back to Geelong was a bit cr@p. But... both boys slept overnight for 12 hours so how can I complain??

On Wednesday I will have my doctor's appointment to find out when my c/s will be scheduled. Funny, this pregnancy seems to have flown by. I can't believe I am 30 weeks in 2 days! Scary!

Shopping....

My Dad gave us a giftcard for Christmas, even though we weren't supposed to buy each other presents this year.

We went today and got Brad a thing for his xbox. Could explain, but way too boring!

I got a pair of cargo pants from Pumpkin Patch, (love them) and since I had to wait for the woman buying 2 of everything (twin girls) I had a little look at the newborn section. I was very restrained but bought my bump a hat and booties.

It was the first thing I've bought for him and makes me feel all gooey inside....

Have to go back tomorrow and get my cargoes in a bigger size so I will have a look at what else I can get. Hey, a sale is a sale, right?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Well, it's the start of a brand new year and I have to say I am really looking forward to this time NEXT year!
Because by then I will be thinner, not pregnant, a Mum to 3 wonderful boys, out of debt and the unofficial fiance to a much healthier happier man.

No, honestly. I'm sure I'll enjoy the journey to get there as well!!

Even more Christmas stuff

Yep, that's right. There's more to show you!
Since we had to leave early on Christmas Eve my Mormor invited us over yesterday, the 30th, to "finish" Christmas. Aren't we lucky? Brad had had enough though, so my Mum and sister said they'd go....

So we walked around the tree and sang a couple of songs.

Opened presents (the boys got really spoiled). Then we had icecream and coffee.

AND LEVI LEFT HIS HAT ON!!!!

Oh, I forgot this one Brad took on Christmas Day

H has been a major pain to photograph lately, he says "cheese", but while looking at the ground or running away.

I was so glad I got this pic of him! I can't believe he's nearly 3!!

December 31 already!!??!!

First off, a belated belly pic from the 16th December, I love being pregnant!

CHRISTMAS!!

These are some of my gorgeous presents ready to go. I love wrapping!!

Thank goodness Christmas is over. It's such a manic time of year! Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas, the lead up, the excitement, the joy of finding the absolute perfect gift.... BUT I have to say that I love that it's almost a whole year til we do it all again.

Christmas for us starts on December 24th when we go to Mormor's for dinner and singing around the tree then opening of the presents. This year though, it was way too long and my boys had had enough at 8.30 so we left. Before presents!! So glad they are not old enough to "know."

Here's H with my cousin Brodie:Levi with a toy The beautiful tie shirts are from Rachel at Loopy Loo's

Next up we have Christmas Day. We refused to get dressed, excuse us!

Levi and Mummy

Brad's parents for some unknown reason decided they had to come and visit us in the morning instead of all opening gifts when we got to Kristie's (B's sister) so they came over and did that, the boys had a sleep then we went to lunch.

Here are my beautiful boys with their cousin, the mature almost 4 year old Mikayla.

Miki and H playing with her creativity playdoh table.

Levi had a great time on the little trampoline. I wonder what Santa will have to bring next year???

Christmas Goodies

Well, I've been busy!

Yesterday I made this lolly wreath for my sister Kristie and her boyfriend Ben. It took forever and is more than likely going to be the only one I make. EVER!

Today I made gingerbread reindeer. Thanks go to KimV on eb for providing her recipe and pics that I could copy!!!! Quite happy with the way they turned out. They are for the playgroup CHristmas party on Tuesday but made them today so B could keep the mini cupboard opener (aka Levi) out of the kitchen.

That child just does not know the meaning of the word "no". He loves standing up and hitting the tv, opening the cabinet doors. The other day he went into the kitchen while I was outside hanging the clothes on the line and he had pulled ALL the baking trays out and was banging them together!!!!!!!
Yesterday, he was in the kitchen while I was hanging the clothes out and he found the small recycling bin we keep in the kitchen. I walked in to find him playing with B's empty Jack can. All over his front, all over the floor, gosh he stunk!!

Hunter's latest thing is to ask for something eg- go slide, and repeatedly ask for it. WHen we say not today, the reply is "we'll go tomorrow." Yes, a 3 year old is now telling us when we will do things!

Oh and my back is killing me and I have had a headache for 3 days now. Wish I could afford the massuese. Oh well after Christmas!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!

I know how cheesy that is, but honestly everytime I look at my tree, I start singing that damn song!

I am really looking forward to the Christmas season this year. I haven't finished my Chrissy shopping but it's still going to be fun. I'm even going to make gingerbread men!

Hunter and I are going to make salt dough decorations to stick on the tree today which will be interesting, I think. I'm hoping to do it while Levi's in bed, cos half the dough will end up in his mouth otherwise!
