Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! This year is going to be a brilliant year. The year of me, where I also take care of myself. (As well as the 4 kids, the husband and the house.) I am going to take care of my body, mind and soul. I have just come through a very bad year, for me personally. I am going to achieve the goals I set out for myself. Namely the weight loss. I need this, for me. 

I am also starting a new business venture, just a little hobby on the side one. LOL

But I will share more about that later!
